Preheat oven to 350℉
Grease your brownie pan and line it parchment paper. Grease the paper as well.
Boil some water on in a sauce pan. Place the finely chopped white chocolate bar into a mixing bowl and melt the chocolate over the boiling water until all the chocolate is melted.
Cut the butter into pieces and place it in the bowl with the chocolate. Continue melting until butter and chocolate are completely combined. Let cool for about 2 minutes.
In the same bowl with the chocolate and butter mixture, whisk in the egg, sugar, brown sugar, ube extract, and ube halaya until completely combined.
Sift in your flour gradually into the batter. Be sure to not over mix the batter.
Transfer your batter to the lined brownie pan.
Place in the oven for 30-40 minutes or until down.
Let them cool after baking and enjoy!
